Forbes highlight's hm manufacturing ceo nicole wolter viewpoints from nam board of directors meeting

Forbes magazine highlighted HM Manufacturing’s CEO, Nicole Wolter’s viewpoints on key topics reviewed at NAM’s SMM executive roundtable discussion.

Wolter was invited to participate in the National Association of Manufacturers Fall Board of Directors meeting in Washington, D.C., and deliberate on trending industry topics such as the skilled labor challenge, the factory of the future, reducing regulatory red tape, and emergency preparedness. Throughout the two-day roundtable discussion, Wolter and other executives debated the importance of encouraging manufacturing to younger generations. Wolter explained the internships that HM Manufacturing offers to local high school students along with the advising she does for local high schools manufacturing programs. She also stated the benefits HM Manufacturing experienced first hand due to the reduction of strict regulations regarding tax policies. In addition, Wolter expressed that AI technology has yet to have a place in HM’s facility, but we continue to incorporate innovative technology and machinery.
