Kenneth Wolter, Founder and COO
As a mechanical engineer, Ken worked as the Assistant Chief Engineer for a stamping company, and raced Formula One race cars on the weekends. He began to design and create parts to make his cars more efficient. People began to ask him about his custom parts and he began to sell them on the race circuit. Demand for his custom gears grew, and he founded HM Manufacturing in 1979. Today Kenneth manages HM Manufacturing’s engineering, design and manufacturing operations, with the continuous improvement mantra to increase efficiency and effectiveness for projects of all sizes.
