HM Manufacturing Featured in NAM Case study

Last week the National Association of Manufacturers and the Manufacturing Institute shared a recent study on the positive impact of having a multigenerational team within the manufacturing industry. President and CEO Nicole Wolter and the entire HM Manufacturing team were excited to be a part of the study to share how we support the next generation while utilizing our more experienced manufactures knowledge and skills. In a shop, where our founder still comes in daily, and we have interns in high school, it's safe to say the age range provides continuous meaningful innovations and improvements to our processes.
