Wolter and the HM team have been working tirelessly to ensure that their customers are served while staff stay safe and healthy. As this task may seem daunting to some, she hopes to inspire more manufacturers that are weary about the impacts that Covid-19 will have on their business and the industry as a whole. Forbes highlight's hm manufacturing ceo nicole wolter viewpoints from nam board of directors meeting11/19/2019 Forbes magazine highlighted HM Manufacturing’s CEO, Nicole Wolter’s viewpoints on key topics reviewed at NAM’s SMM executive roundtable discussion. Wolter was invited to participate in the National Association of Manufacturers Fall Board of Directors meeting in Washington, D.C., and deliberate on trending industry topics such as the skilled labor challenge, the factory of the future, reducing regulatory red tape, and emergency preparedness. Throughout the two-day roundtable discussion, Wolter and other executives debated the importance of encouraging manufacturing to younger generations. Wolter explained the internships that HM Manufacturing offers to local high school students along with the advising she does for local high schools manufacturing programs. She also stated the benefits HM Manufacturing experienced first hand due to the reduction of strict regulations regarding tax policies. HM Manufacturing President and CEO Nicole Wolter was featured on Rising’s segment Small Business Boom on The Hill TV. Host Buck Sexton interviewed Nicole on the impact tax cuts have had on HM Manufacturing’s growth. “With the tax cuts we’ve been able to invest. We have twenty employees now.
