​Our in-house capabilities are a perfect example of how we can machine complete. This particular system is made from 4340 steel that’s normalized and nitrided for maximum hardness, having a 2MP pitch with 13 teeth and 4-1/2” long.
Unlike the usual method of cutting rack teeth with a dedicated tool, we milled these in-house—take a look at the program in the photo! This part is headed to a major defense company, showcasing the precision and quality we bring to every project.
