This product is designed specifically for the food processing industry. To manufacture this timing belt pulley, we utilized our CNC hobbing, CNC turning and CNC grinding capabilities. For orders simple or complex and production runs big or small, HM Manufacturing has a solution for your power transmission needs. This pulley is made from 1045 hot rolled steel that was coated with black oxide for corrosion resistance and a very smooth finish. Additionally, this piece has four, M8x1.25 tapped holes, to aid in mounting on the shaft (not pictured). For all of your projects, simple or complex, large or small, HM has a solution to help innovate and advance your business. This piece has 200 precision hobbed teeth of the AT5 profile, six milled pockets with a custom timing mark for the keyway and tooth alignment, used to see the alignment after assembly. Additionally, this pulley utilizes milled pocket arms that are reduced in width to reduce total weight. At HM, we take pride in our quick lead times and quality production.
