We love a challenge.
For this project, our team took a customer-provided sample and reverse engineered it into a fully manufacturable component — balancing tight tolerances (within just a few thousandths), complex features, and heat treatment planning to make sure the final part performed exactly as intended. Machined from 6061 aluminum, this 8mm Super Torque pitch pulley features 72 precisely machined teeth, a diameter of just under 7-1/4 inches, and a length of 4-1/2 inches.

HM manufactured these small intricate timing pulleys with 30 teeth, a keyway and two screw holes.9/19/2023  One of the two screw holes is drilled through the keyway itself. Our MECO machine allows us to craft multiple variations of keyways to customers specifications. Pairing our CNC MECO with our various CNC machines provides the capabilities to create pieces to the highest quality standards.
 Pictured are 5mm HTD 1215 steel pulleys 7/8" in diameter. We start the production of these pulleys by utilizing our CNC lathe, followed by our CNC hobbing division. Once those two processes are completed, it gets flanged and plated.
 This piece contains 40 teeth, milled thru holes and a 1/2 inch keyway. Our state of the art capabilities allowed us to completely manufacture this pulley in house with our CNC 15” lathe, CNC broaching, CNC mill, and CNC hobber.
 Our team works hard to ensure the highest quality of all machined pulleys and products.
 These V-Groove Pulleys come in two different sizes (8 inch and 9 1/2 inch diameter). They contain 16 grooves, machined out of aluminum for lightness, and used for the industrial and agricultural industry. To create this product we used our CNC Turning and CNC Milling capabilities.
