This part is made of 303 Cold Finished Stainless Steel and has an outer diameter of 8 inches. For this piece we utilized our CNC hobbing, turning and assembly capabilities.

Made from 17-4 stainless steel and heat treated, this piece is 12-5/8” long, and splined on one end to drive the roller. Additionally there’s a ½” bore running all the way through with counterbores that have tight tolerances throughout. Lastly there are 22 sets of spikes, which adds up to over 370 spikes overall. We utilized our CNC hobbing, turning, 5-axis milling capabilities and ID grinding, to develop this piece.
