HM Manufactured a 7075 aluminum pulley with 100 teeth, drilled and taped holes on different centers, reamed holes and two blind pockets.

The CNC milled webbing was added for weight reduction. Additionally, this pulley was drilled and counterbored in the middle of two off centered bosses. Every aspect of this pulley is aligned to the teeth to ensure accuracy. To produce this part we utilized our CNC milling, CNC hobbing, CNC turning and CNC grinding capabilities.
