manufacturing program has experienced rapid growth, now running 7 full class periods and has participated in TMA&rsquo;s Precision Machining Competition for the second year in a row. &nbsp;Four young women from McHenry High School are taking Metals 1.&nbsp; The increased interest from young women in McHenry&rsquo;s program is encouraging for the future of manufacturing. &nbsp;HM Manufacturing has hired one of Mr. Rodeman&rsquo;s seniors to work full time after graduation and offered an internship to a young woman in Metals 1 to work in quality control and inspection.&nbsp; The TMA Education Foundation has donated over $60,000 already this year.&nbsp; To date, the TMA Education Foundation&rsquo;s total school grants have exceeded $1.6 million. &nbsp;<br />&nbsp;<br />Wolter highlights the importance of the TMA Education Foundation,&nbsp;
